By regularly investing in new technologies and in the development of integrated manufacturing processes, we can offer a wide range of productions adequately supported by the expertise of experienced technicians. Our professionals are able to supervise the projects at every stage of the production, starting from the feasibility analysis through sheet metal forming simulations realized with cutting-edge software, to the fabrication of prototype parts, up to the design and construction of the final equipment, and to the serial production of components intended for the automotive sector, domestic appliances sector or niche markets, such as spare parts, furnishing, biomedical sector, etc. The fact that all of the processes are integrated within Coprauto means that the customers can rely on one interlocutor to speak for the management of all of the project’s stages.

OUR SERVICES.

  1. Design and production of progressive dies, transfer dies and compound dies.
  2. Production of prototype parts through the use of soft-tool forming and laser cutting.
  3. Small serial production of sheet metal components through laser cutting, folding, stamping and assembling (through spot welding and/or manual welding).
  4. Large serial production of sheet metal components through stamping and assembling (through spot welding and/or robotic welding).
  5. Small serial production of components for Precision Machining.
